OOn arrival at Delhi Airport you will be met & transferred to hotel. Delhi is a bustling metropolis, which successfully combines in its folds the ancient with modern. Its strategic location was the prime reasons why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. In fact, more mythological cities are believed to be here, like the city of Indraprastha from the Hindu epic Mahabharata, founded around 5000 BC. Numerous monuments were built over several centuries by different rulers like Qutub-ud-din Aibek, Alauddin Khilji, Tughlaks, Humayun & Shah Jahan, who built the Walled City Shah Jahanabad.
Later in first half of 20th century much of New Delhi was planned by Sir Edwin Lutyens, who laid out a grandiose central administrative area as a testament to British rule in India. The division in walled city & New Delhi also marks the division in life styles. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 – Delhi
After a leisurely breakfast move out for full day sightseeing of Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad), which includes the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk & Jama Masjid along with other attractions. Later after lunch drive past through impressive boulevards and buildings such as President’s Residence and others in Lutyen’s Delhi (New Delhi). Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 – Delhi – Jaipur
After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Jaipur , popularly known as Pink City, the flamboyant & colourful capital of Rajasthan. With its rich & colourful past, resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. The city was founded in the year 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. It remains the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe, through nine rectangular sectors.On arrival in Jaipur check in at hotel.Evening free to move around the local streets.Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 – Jaipur
After a leisurely breakfast move out for full day sightseeing of Jaipur .Morning proceed for an excursion to Amber Fort which is located 12 kms outside Jaipur. The original Palace was built by Raja Mansingh and later additions were made by Sawai Jai Singh. One of the finest example of Rajput architecture, it was the ancient capital of Kachhawa rulers. Enjoy the ascent to the palace on the back of a brightly caparisoned elephant. Visit the multiple chambers and hallways of the palace which are famous for their design and decorations. This unique capital of the erstwhile warrior kings of Rajasthan is a must on every tourist itinerary to the state.
Afternoon, proceed for a city tour to visit the unique Jantar Mantar, which is a magnificent stone observatory built by Raja Jai Singh in 1728 and drive past the Hawa Mahal, an intriguing “ Palace of Winds”. This was really a facade built in 1799, to allow royal ladies to view the city from the windows. Later visit the opulent City Palace, the former royal residence built in a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal style which has grand museums displaying an excellent collection of miniature paintings, costumes and armory.Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 – Jaipur – Agra enroute visit Fathepur Sikri
After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Agra , enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri. This deserted, red sandstone city, built by Emperor Akbar, between 1570 and 1585, now glows in its magnificent past. This was once the capital of the Moghul Empire for a short period but later abandoned due to scarcity of water. Here you will visit the Bulund Darwaza (The Gate of Victory), which is said to be the tallest gateway in the world. In the northern part of the courtyard is the superb white marble tomb of the famous Sufi saint - Shekh Salim Chishti. Further Continue drive to Agra The ancient city once the capital of the Mughal empire in the 16th and 17th century, depicts a gorgeous panorama of majestic architectural creations and a rich tradition of art and culture. Agra houses one of seven wonders of the world, the marble symphony of Emperor Shah Jahan - “The Taj Mahal”. Discover the dazzling creations of their craftsmen in other architectural marvels in Agra, the quintessential Mughal City.

Day 6 – Agra – Varanasi ( By Train )
After a leisurely breakfast move out for full day sightseeing of Agra. Morning, proceed for a city tour where you will experience the TAJ MAHAL (closed on Fridays). An extravagant marble monument of love, built by Shah Jahan in 1653 as a memorial to his queen Mumtaz Mahal. This beautiful mausoleum in pure white marble took 22 years and 22000 craftsmen to build. Later continue tour to the Agra Fort, the original red sandstone fort built by Moghul Emperor Akbar in 1565. We will also visit Sikandara, Akbar's tomb. His son Jahangir completed the construction of the tomb in the year 1613. Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, built by Nur Jahan between 1622 and 1628. Later in time transfer to Agra Railway Station to board overnight train for Varansi , picturesquely situated on the banks of holy river Ganga. The city is the Oldest Living City of the World & traces of its existence are found around 10000 BC. Other than being a very holy city for Hindus, it also holds a very significant association with Buddha's life & Buddhism.Overnight at train.
Day 7 – Varanasi
On arrival at Varanasi Railway Station you will be met & transfer to hotel.Later move out for excursion to Sarnath –, the very place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Must-see places in Sarnath are the Dhamekha stupa, Buddhist temples, the archaeological museum and many more.Overnight at hotel.
Day 8 – Varanasi – Bhubaneshwar ( By Train )
A sunrise boat ride on the Ganges presents an incredible tableau, as multitudes of devotees pay homage to the Sun God. Cruise past the bathing ghats and crematoriums, followed by a walking tour of the old city.Later in the evening transfer to Varanasi Railway Station to board overnight train for Bhubaneshwar. Bhubaneswar is the capital of Orissa and is said to once have had 7,000 temples. Now only a few hundred ancient temples remain. The Lingaraja temple is one of the most impressive temples in India. Regrettably, non-Hindus are not permitted to enter, but can view the temple only from the outside. There is no real downtown area; rather, everything is spread out.Overnight at train.
Day 9 – Bhubaneshwar
On arrival at Bhubaneshwar Railway Station you will be met & transfer to hotel.Later in the afternoon move out for sightseeing.Today we visit Lingaraj Temple, Dhaula Giri, Rajrani Temple, Parashurameshvara, Mukteshwara Temple and Vital Deul Temple, Bindusagar Lake.Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 – Bhubaneshwar – Puri enroute visit Konark
After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Puri enroute visitng Konark , Konark city is famous throughout the world for its magnificent Sun Temple, which is dedicated to Surya, the Sun God. It is one of the three cities that form the Golden Triangle of tourism in Orissa. Konark is a city that is well known for its architectural wonders. Besides the numerous temples and maths, its other major attraction is the Konark Beach, one of the most enchanting beaches of India.Further continue drive to Puri. One of the four 'Dhams'-Puri-is situated on the shoreline of the Bay of Bengal and is just 60 kms from Bhubaneshwar. This coastal town of Orissa is considered by Hindus to be the abode of Lord of the world, Jagannatha. Hence, it got the name Jagannatha Puri. Puri is blessed with Golden sand beaches for which it has been famous all over the world. Though life here revolves around the Jagannatha Temple, the place has been attracting tourists who love to swim in the sea and laze around on its golden sands.On arrival in Puri check in at hotel.Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 – Puri
After breakfast move out for sightseeinf of Puri.Today we will visit Jagannath Temple , Gundicha Mandir , Atharnala Bridge & beahes.Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 – Puri – Kolkata ( By Train )
Morning free for leisure activities.later in the evening transfer to Puri Railway Station to connect train for Kolkata.Overnight at train.
Day 13 – Kolkata
On arrival at Howrah ( Kolkata ) Railway Station you will be met & transfer to hotel.Day free for leisure.
Day 14 – Kolkata Departure
At appropriate time transfer to Kolkata Airport to connect flight for your onward destination.
