Day 1 – Mumbai Arrival
On arrival in early morning at Mumbai International Airport you will be met & transferred to hotel. The seven islands that now form Mumbai were first home to the Koli fisher folk, whose shanties still occupy parts of the city shoreline today. Mumbai is the prime commercial center of India . It is named as "Manchester of India' as many cloth mills are here.Day free for leisure activities.Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 – Mumbai
After breakfast move out for full day sightseeing of Mumbai.Today we visit Elephanta caves, one of the most picturesque of the little islands in the harbour.It is famous for the enormous carving in its rock-cut temples. Gateway of India, built as a memorial to the visit of King George -VI and Queen Mary in 1911.Marks a ceremonial spot at Appollo Bunder. Victoria Terminus, It is built on the site from where the first railway line in Asia was inaugurated, on July 12, 1853.Another ornet oriental architectural effusion.Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 – Mumbai – Goa ( By Flight )
After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Mumbai Airport to connect flight for Goa. A tiny emerald land of 3,702 Sq.Kms. on the west coast of India, with its natural scenic beauty, attractive beaches, churches and temples, famous for Its architecture, feasts and festivals and above all hospitable people with a rich cultural milieu.Goa has it all, sun, sand and sea. An unique blend of Latin and Oriental, incredibly rich in monuments and historical sites, dazzling variety of exotic flora and fauna, lush green hinterland, rivers that offer water adventure sports that will thrill you beyond expectation.On arrival in Goa check in at hotel.Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 – Goa
After breakfast move out for sightseeing of Goa.Today we visit old Goa Churches; Basilica of Boom Jesus, built in 16th century dedicated to Infant Jesus is the most popular & famous of all churches in Goa. The mortal remains of St. Francis Xavier, kept in a silver casket, are enshrined here. Sri Mangueas Temple, surrounded by rolling green hills & dedicated to Lord Shiva, is the most important of all temples in Goa & is located at Priol in Ponda Taluka. Dona Paula, a village named after Dona Paula de Menezes, the wife of a noble man Antonio de Souto Maior, who died as a young woman in 1682. Miramar Beach, an urban beach where the Mandovi River meets the Arabian Sea, a point that offers the best location to watch enchanting sunsets.Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 – Goa
Day free for relax at beach & you can enjouy various water sports here in Goa.Overnight at hotel.
Day 6– Goa – Cochin ( By Flight )
After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Goa Airport to connect flight for Cochin. Cochin , 'Queen of the Arabian' Sea is the commercial capital of Kerala. Cochin has one of the finest natural harbors in the world. Cochin was once the major center of commerce and trade with the British, Arabs, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch etc.Later in the afternoon move out for sightseeing of Cochin. Here we visit the St Francis Church, the oldest Church in India, 500 year old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jew Town and Mattancherry Palace, built by Portuguese, this Palace contains some of India’s most beautiful murals. Evening free for leisure activities. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7 – Cochin
After breakfast move out for sightseeing of Cochin.Today we visit some interesting sites such as : Chinese Fishing Nets : The Chinese fishing nets erected on teak wood and bamboo poles work on the principle of balance. Records say they were first set up here between AD 1350 and 1450. Vasco Da Gama Square, the narrow promenade that parallels the beach, is the best place to watch the nets being lowered and pulled out of the sea.
Jewish Synagogue: The Jewish community traces its history to nearly 2000 years ago. In 1948 the community numbered 2500 and today there are fewer that 30 people. The community is still centered round JEWTOWN where you will visit its crown Jewel, the Paradesi Synagogue. Built in 1568 and reconstructed after a Portugese bombardment in 1662, the synagogue is distinguished by its tile roof and bell tower. The small synagogue is also known for its hand-painted, willow-patterned, blue and white Chinese floor tiles, and the many brass and crystal lamps that hang from the ceiling. Later visit the interesting International Pepper Exchange, also located in Jewtown.
The Vasco Da Gama Square, Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis Church, VOC Gate, Bastion Bungalow etc. are also nice for sightseeing. Take a boat ride and visit BOLGATTY PALACE and VYPPIN ISLAND. Evening free for leisure activities.Overnight at hotel.
Day 8 – Cochin – Kumarkom
After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Kumarkom . Kumarakom is a tourist village in Kottayam district, Kerala, India. It is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake in Kerala. This beautiful landscape houses rare variety of migratory birds.The land of lakes, canals and paddy fields, Kumarakom transports you to sheer ecstasy.Rest of the day free for leisure. You can also opt for a relaxing Ayurvedic massage at the hotel .Overnight at hotel.
Day 9 – Kumarkom
Early morning proceed for bird sanctuary .Later come back to hotel & after breakfast visit some neighboring farm houses.and optional boat ride to the nearby village through lagoons.Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 – Kumarkom – Alleppey
After breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Alleppey.Alleppey is one of the most important tourist centers in the state, with a large network of inland canals earning it the sobriquet "Venice of the east". These large network of canals provide Alleppey its lifeline. Alleppey was one of the busiest centers of trade in the past with one of the best known ports along the malabar coast. Even today it retains its charm as the centre for Coir carpet industries and prawn farming.On arrival in Alleppey check in at Houseboat , that will take you through the sleepy backwaters of Kerala. Enjoy nature at its bountiful best as your houseboat passes by charming villages, lush green paddy fields and other scenic delights.Overnight at houseboat.
Day 11 – Alleppey – Trivendrum
After breakfast check out from houseboat & drive to Trivendrum. Trivendrum is also known as Thiruvananthapuram, is the capital city of kerala. It is a gorgeous sea side city, which is built on seven hills. The word “Thiruvananthapuram” mean’s place of sacred serpent. Trivendrum is one of the beautiful cities of kerala. The city’s scenic beauty has enchanting beaches & breathtaking lush greenery adds a feather in its beauty crown.On arrival in Trivendrum check in at hotel.Later in the afternoon proceed for sightseeing.Today we visit Sri Ananthapadmanabhaswamy temple, Napier Museum, Sri Chitralaya Art Gallery, National History Museum, Kanakakunnu Palace, Kuthiramallika Palace, Veli lake, Zoological Garden, CVN Kalavari Sangham (Martial Arts), Mahathma Gandhi road.Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 – Trivendrum – Mumbai ( By Flight )
After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Trivendrum Airport to connect flight for Mumbai.On arrival at Mumbai Airport you will be met & transferred to hotel.Day free for leisure.Ovenight at hotel.
Day 13 – Mumbai
Day free for leisure activcities. In the evening we have for you with us a compact little Bollywood - Lights, Camera, Action!!! Guests in garish costumes, some posing as directors, some as action heroes, romantic leading ladies, ruffians, the list is endless. Make your way through the various sets of a typical film studio. From a place to the village square. See men with cameras mounted on cranes shooting sequences, inviting your tour of Film city's electrifying ambience while dining on delicacies that are no less interesting than the 'masala' (spice) of Indian movies. At appropriate time check out from hotel & transfer to Mumbai International Airport to connect flight for Early Morning on 12th May.
Day 14 – Mumbai Departure
Transfer to Mumbai International Airport to connect flight for your onward destination.
